as a regular visitor to the dam for the delights of the spliff i invariably head for the greenhouse effect.
their marijuana is first class and the atmosphere in the place is the perfect level of chilled-out to sit and watch the world go by.... knowledgeable and friendly staff; and right smack bang in the heart of the most beautiful city in the world. they are also a smoke-friendly hotel: bed, bar, marijuanah - all under one roof: what more could you ask for?
